Common causes of images dry slowly :
1. Paper PH value below 6;
2. Water bucket PH value below 3;
3. Layout of water, ink caused by a serious ink emulsification;
4. Workshop temperature is low, relative humidity higher than 75% or more;
5. Absorbance of paper is poor;
6. Ink mixed with ink, anti-viscosity agent and other auxiliary materials too much;
7. Dry oil consumption is too small.
Solutions:
1.Reduce the height of stacking materials, shaking pine paper stack, semi-finished products can make air permeated into the paper, shorten the time of its oxidative conjunctiva;
2. If the printing of the urgent need, with the original version of the printing plate for drying oil overprint, the formula for the 70% of the force oil, dry oil 30%;
3. To prevent the adverse factors of drying, add appropriate amount of dry oil, the amount of dry oil used: winter than the summer to put more, after the color than the previous color and more put, dilute ink than not red ink.
