What's sublimation ink?
Sublimation ink is the newest technology for fabric printing. According to the printing way, the sublimation
ink is devided to offset sublimation ink, digital sublimation ink and silk screen sublimation ink.
The steps for sublimation ink is as follows:
(1)Print the image on paper, such as sublimation transfer paper
(2)Put the printed paper on substrate, such as polyester and nylon fabric.
(3)Put the paper and fabric on the heat-transfer machine. When the temperature reaches 180-220°C, the image
will be transfer printed from paper onto the substrate.
The color of sublimation ink is bright. The images is also keep fresh under sunlight. The sublimation ink image
can't be feel by hand. This is why the sublimation ink is very popular now.
