How to clean printer head?
Without using for a short time, some part of the printer head will dry. After the ink is dry, it will affect
the printing and images. Most of the problems is the air in the ink supply system. The air will stop the
ink supplying. If there is problem with final image, we need clean the printer head immediately.
If it's small problem, one or two times auto washing is okey. If the auto washing is not work, it's better
to stop for half a day. Each time cleaning, we need try to printing to check the result.
The steps for simple cleaning:
1. Cleaning the printer head with enugh digital sublimation ink. After cleaning, printing and checking
the images. If printing line is stop, cleaning again.
After three times cleaning, we can stop for half a day and cleaning again.
2. Cheking the ink cartridge. Such enough ink, leaking and other problems.
3. After ensuring there is no problem with ink cartridge, the hand washing is need.
We need cleaning the printer head after stop for a short of time or before testing new inks. If you meet
