The Notes During Sublimation Ink Printing Process
The heat transfer process is important in the whole sublimation ink printing process. The temperature
is about 180-230℃ and the time is 10-30s. The temperature and time must be cooperated well.
The press is also one of the element which decides the final results of sublimation ink printing. If the
press is small, the gap between fabric and heat transfer paper is large. The ink will disperse and the
final image is vague. If the press is large, the fabric is our of shape and the final feel is hard. With
suitable press, the image is clear and bright.
Except for temperature, time and press, there are some other aspects that we need pay attention.
