New Arrived Digital Sublimation Ink

Introduction:

Digital textile printing ink is designed to print a mirror image on fabric. While the images are printed on paper first
by offset printer. Then the images will be transferred to polyester or synthetic materials by heat and pressure. When
printed onto paper, sublimation inks look weaker and duller than standard inks. However the dyes show their true
color strength and brilliance after transferred on suitable substrates.

The printing process:

1) Print the image on paper by sublimation ink, and normal paper is ok.

2) Put the printed paper on substrate, such as polyester and nylon fabric.
3) Put the paper and fabric on the heat-transfer machine. When the temperature reaches 180-220°C, the image will be
transfer printed from paper onto the substrate.
