The main performance parameters of the ink
Inkjet printers require high thermal stability and chemical stability. The performance parameters that affect the ink print performance are the following:
1. Viscosity and surface tension: In general, inkjet ink to have a low viscosity, high surface tension to ensure good flow performance and droplet state.
2. PH value: In order to prevent ink corrosion nozzle, PH value should generally be between 7-12.
3. Conductivity: In the ink, the conductivity value is used to reflect the level of salt content. In general, the salt content can not exceed 0.5%, in order to avoid the formation of crystallization in the printer head caused by clogging.
