The results may have the following consequences:
(1) If the paper from the rubber roller surface stripping tension is large enough to make the substrate surface strength can not bear, the paper surface fiber, filler or paint will be pulled down by the ink on the rubber blanket, called hair. Serious, even a series of paper surface, that is, substrate layered adhesion, paper stripping phenomenon.
(2) If the bite force of the embossed drum is not enough to peel the paper from the rubber drum, causing the paper to move locally (or as a whole) from the teeth, or even pull out as a whole, resulting in local or overall overprinting is not allowed, zou zou, or even paper adhesive. Paper adhesive rubber if found not in time is likely to crush the blanket, paper may also enter the ink road through the plate drum, and to remove the paper from the ink road may need to remove the ink roller.
